Cancellation Policy
1. Deposit: All online bookings require a $10 deposit to secure your appointment. 2. Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel a service and receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations can be made online or by contacting us directly. 3. Late Cancellations: To cancel a booking less than 24 hours before your session, please call us at 0484 564 844. Unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable in these cases. 4. Rescheduling: Rescheduling your appointment is allowed up to 2 hours before the start time. You can reschedule through our online booking system or by calling us. 5. New Bookings: Online bookings for new services must be made at least 2 hours before the desired start time to ensure availability and proper preparation.
