Late Cancellations: To cancel a booking less than 24 hours before your session, please call us at 0484 564 844. Unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable in these cases. 4. Rescheduling: Rescheduling your appointment is allowed up to 2 hours before the start time. You can reschedule through our online booking system or by calling us. 5. New Bookings: Online bookings for new services must be made at least 2 hours before the desired start time to ensure availability and proper preparation.
